April 5th, 2006:
The Alpha Chapter of Epsilon Eta was
formally established as an Environmental Honors Fraternity at the
University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
It was the first of its kind in America and was the conception of
Liza Schillo, an
environmental studies undergraduate at the University.
November 2006:

December 2nd 2006: First induction ceremony
held in Murphey Hall, UNC Chapel Hill. Keynote speaker NC Senator Ellie Kinnaird.
